FAQ COVID-19 UPDATE

With the COVID-19 outbreak changing the way we operate as a business, we’ve put together a number of questions and answers that we are being asking by customers.

Q: Are you still open to the public?

A: In accordance with government guidelines, we are currently closed to customers visiting us in store, and customers collecting orders previously placed online. However, you can still place orders online at www.cwfishingsupplies.co.uk

Q: what is stock availability currently like at CW Fishing Supplies?

A: Stock orders are still being placed with our suppliers and we have an excellent level of stock available at our warehouse in Dunstable. We remain committed to delivering the excellent customer service to all our customers. If a product is out of stock, we will notify our customer immediately.

Q: Are you still delivering locally using your in house delivery service?

A: We have currently suspended this service for the time being. However, no matter where you are , we are using DPD to ensure your order is delivered to you safely and securely.

Q: Will my order still be sent out same day?

A: With an increase in orders already being seen, we ask customers to allow additional time for their order to be received. In some instance, your order may come from two locations (distribution centre and central warehouse) and may be delivered separately, but we assure you we are getting orders out quick.

Q: Can I still contact you regarding orders, stock, general enquires etc?

A: You can still contact us through the usual methods. Website, e-mail, phone and social media contact points are still being monitored and answered by our staff, who are now working from home and answered quickly.
